I own a small production studio in Portland, Oregon. A client/friend of mine was interested in creating a totally custom website for his Hip Hop group. After initial design planning, I realized his idea for the site was not only genius, but it was going to be difficult to relay to the “web guy”.
I interviewed 7 or 8 different companies before I spoke with Rick. He was the only one who listened with patience as I fumbled over web jargon trying to explain the concept. He got it first try, and even made some points we hadn’t covered. Rick Cano made sure it would work, got back to me in person, and started on the website with no problem. That’s a professional.

Hi. I stumbled across your site while I was looking for something completely unrelated. While I do not agree with everything you said we do have almost the same thoughts by and large. I have bookmarked your site and may visit again in the near future to see what you are writing about in 2010!
